We designed a series of new owner email communications that provide relevant, timely and engaging information throughout the Ford owner’s lifecycle thereby increasing sales and service satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy.

Communications work without images
Most email service providers block auto downloading of images and only 30% of users manually download image. Therefore I came out with a design solution to keep our key messages always been able to view without loading the images.
Also, as we have limited time & resources, whenever a new brief coming, we need have a simple system that can transform the contents to final deployment in a fast pace. Thus, we created a modular system that allows our team to easily handle the content design and deploy 6+ communications every month for 5 different markets with different contents and approaches.
